oh and what she's talking about is usually called HIIT training which really is the most effective in combining cardio and weight loss. You should try to stay within your target heart range tho which you can find by subtracting your age from 220 and multiplying it by .5 and by .8 respectively which is your lower and upper limit

What are you talking about 'high metabolism isn't real' and theres no such thing as 'naturally skinny.'
I eat so much, all day. And I've been thin all of my life. And I dont 'eat one meal a day' or eat things low in calories. I naturally just burn weight off quickly. My mom is the same way.
You make great videos, but don't state your opinions as facts. Especially if they definatly arent true.
