Thank you for that analogy. I was having a hard time understanding what my coaches when advising. I too think method 2 is much more effective.

The way I always teach my QBs to fake is method 2 from this video. I am not crazy about 1 handed fakes. I tell my QBs to pretend there is spit on the back of the ball and to "wipe" it on the backs jersey. They get this analogy and pick up on it quick.
