yeah those harbor freight motors are actually pretty sweet....got one for my log splitter cause the old briggs blew up...i was only gonna use it until i find another briggs but this one runs better then a briggs starts 2nd pull in 0 degree weather and has more high rpm power...they are almost like a honda clone motor

Bob, please make some vids of you and your daughter as you progress through the project...my daughter and I are currently restoring a 83 honda xr 100 for her...projects like this bring us closer to our children...they grow so fast and then move away...enjoy the time you can share together while you can.....

@electeknowizard I am going to do a step by step updates on this yea its a great bonding experiance for both of us went to harbor freight today looking for twist throttle but they had none so if someone has one let me know please

Get one of the Harbor fright 6.5 hp for about 99.00 bucks with a coupon.
My daughter had a 5 hp harbor fright some one stole it on easter right out of our garage I wish I could find the person that stole it.
