7D sure makes great slowmos! Cool clip man!

One tip for the motion blur problem is up your shutter to 120 (or 125 on the 7D) to follow the 180 degree shutter rule. So if 24fps equates to 1/50 shutter, 60fps would be 1/125

heres some tips:
1. when in starting position, have your right hand on the butt (the very end) and not the hardware. that way you have a better push off.
2. my colorguard uses the free hands "hit-hit-catch". which is basically right after you release, you hit your right hand to your right hip and your left to your left (for doubles and higher).
3. when you prep, breath in and when you release, breath out. its very relaxing and focusing.

if you use twixtor in after effects it can looks so much better and slower, it can make my camera with 25 fps look like it records in 200 fps ;)

@franciscoalanis The camera obviously has 1080p, just he shot in 720p because it natively shoots in 60p for 720, instead of 30 or 24 for 1080

How can I open and edit .mov files from 7D IN Premiere Pro. I've 1.5 (very old one)?
LoL you guys crack me up. I'll slow it down to 1 frame per second and we can stare at it for 10 minutes.
