Afternoon on 4/25/2008; Heading north on 43/Waukegan Road;

Starts with a car passing me on the right, but this is moderate traffic so one lane being a bit faster is not unusual, but he continues to close until he is about half a second or less behind a school bus and has to hit his brakes which he has to hit even harder as the school bus slows. From there he pulls in front of me without a turn signal. Watch as a bunch of traffic passes him on the right. He this runs a red light, and then moves back to the right lane, again without a signal. That last lane change arguably started while he was still in the intersection, but since its subtle....I'll ignore it. All that extra risk and manuevering, and ultimatly he would have been better off staying calmly in the right lane.
