Day 19 now - feeling fitter? If you've been following the challenge you should be feeling great by now. Not long left of the January Active Challenge so keep it up and keep working hard - maybe even work that bit harder from today so you can step up your fitness. Do this by pushing down harder into the rebounder and performing the movements faster once you have perfected the technique.
