After the Seattle victory that stopped the World Trade Organization in its 'fast' tracks, tens of thousands converged to challenge the International Monetary Fund and World Bank at their April 2000 meeting in Washington D.C.   • Its a bit general, but No Logo is essential. Split in four sections about sweatshops and underpayment, branding, corporations taking over space and the anti-globalization movement. Very good read with lots of interesting facts including how much workers get paid for certain corporations.

  • i know the comment wasn't intended for me, but i recommend anything by Joseph Stiglitz, a Nobel Prize-winning economist. Globalization and Its Discontents, and How to Make Globalization Work, are both really good.

  • Hey, great video. Can you recomend any literature on globisation/IMF/World Bank that critical and well referenced?
