Does your RC helicopter spin out of control in the air or uncontrollably on the ground, are the batteries charged and it still doesn't work? Is the trim set all the way and it still doesn't work, don't worry, it's not as big of a deal as you may think, and you can fix it quicker and cheaper than you ever imagined.
I tried to fly my syma s008 Sunday morning and it didn't want to fly.
It did the same thing a number of my viewers have asked about.
It spun on the ground and wouldn't get more than a few inches in the air.
The problem isn't the batteries in the transmitter or the helicopter, and it isn't a bad motor.
This is a cheap simple solution that works on almost all 2 and 3 channel helicopters.
The key is to spin the rotor in your hand and try to see if it gives any resistance.
Thanks for watching rc 101 with the Taoistflyer tune in for more fun aircraft videos.

  • My Silverlit helicopter has something stuck in its tail rotor's engine, I think it's a hair. It doesn't spin very well. I don't wanna do something myself because I'm afraid I could damage something. Does anybody know what to do? Just reply.

  • @HardRock471 don't be afraid to pull the hair out with some tweezers or a needle, just be careful and you shouldn't break the wires.

You can take off the tail blade if it makes it easier.

Any Idea? Thanks

  • @RANKO619 it's either a bad motor bad connection or bad gear, you may need to open it up to figure it out.

  • Hello, I bought a helicopter shaung ma 9100 and the stabilizers beat with the carapace and broke the carapace but keep flying normal, the following day i went to blow up the helicopter and it doesn't fly but the inside all is fine and the settlement??

  • @HardRock471 Hi, if the hair is around the axle, then gently pull off the back rotor, then wipe you fingers up the axle. Then put the rotor back on.

If the hair is INSIDE the motor, i'm not quite sure. You could look for any screws around the motor, undo them, and try to open it up and take the hair out.

    I hope this helps.

  • @taoistflyer But I can't see the hair
