No, they're naturally blue. But they seem to change depending on the lighting. I have two posters from o-zone and in one they are blue, in the other, nearly green. Arsenie the chameleon XD

i am actually friends with arsenie on facebook and i was lucky enough to get to chat to him...twice. but now he will not talk to me. he is probrubly anoyed with me cause i accidently posted print screens of our conversations on facebook. i have tried apolagising to him, and just ignoring him but nothing seems to be working. this video is super and it has reminded me about that incident so i thaught i should share my story with you
