  • Nice try Connie, but the vast majority of the public is and always will be too stupid to understand. In-fact, these vultures rely on that cruel reality.

    Fraud has existed since the shift from Feudalism to Capitalism. Besides, home mortgage fraud is chump change compared to what the "big fish" have been doing for decades.

    Good work on the video; it's just a shame that your audience is so small.

  • all you have to do is make sure you have a fixed rate mortgage 30 year term and no prepayment penalty and make sure your income can support the payment.. ie if your rent is 600 a month and its easy then thats what your house payment target should be
