This song (along with “Around The Corner”) appears on a very rare “Not For Sale” Columbia Records promo LP (Columbia DJ-12) given away at their convention in Miami Beach (1965). The title of the LP is "This Is Where It's At", Columbia Records Beach Party, Miami Beach, Florida, July 16, 1965." Very little information is found on the I-net about this convention other than what I've posted over the years and only because our band The Modds was an opening act.
I concur. This is a great garage band track that really put the Duprees on the map aesthetically. But the A-side, Around The Corner is a great, great example of high drama and for my money is their best record, bar none. Would love to see that one posted! It was released in the summer of 1965 and inexplicably was only a modest, bottom of the charts hit. That's what happens when your record is released in an era when great records are coming out in abundance!
@Kabobit2

@Kabobit2 Wow, that is awesome! Guess you will have to convert the format if you were to post it or parts of it on YT. Let me know! Thanks
