Rogue antivirus in Visual C# 2008

Well, it's been a while, so I posted this. It contains many features, including a working credit-card checking system! I hope to finish this and to make it wayyy better than it is now. Anyway, there are some glitches though, so it's not done yet :\ And if 10/more people want the source, I'll put it up. But remember, it's in Visual C# 200 Express Edition, NOT Visual Basic 2008, but if you change the code up, it can work :\

What I want to do:
-Create a file system so that if you registered/scanned, it will operate based on previous results
-Fix the scan glitch(it has a glitch if you scan after you removed the threats :\)
-Fix some other glitches
-Color code the threats
-Fix credit-card glitch*
-And more!

*There is a bug with the credit-card system, well, actually a loop-hole(which can be considered the same :\). But anyway, it doesn't check the amount of characters, so you could put 10 of the same number(based by the Luhn/Mod 10 method), and it divides the cc-number by ten(based on luhn/mod 10), and if it contains no modulus, then its good! But that's bad :\ So I'm going to make it check for 16 characters after this :P All I have to do is add a variable that adds to itself when the program adds the integers from the credit-card number up...
