Serious Sam (XBox) - 02 - Hatshepsut

Here's part 2 of my playthrough of Serious Sam for the XBox. This is the first level, Hatschepsut.

In this playthough I play on Hard difficulty, spawn and kill almost every enemy, and find almost every secret and almost every treasure. I hope that's sufficient. :P Basically I just have a lot of fun just playing through the game. Though I'm not finished making the vids, I plan on dying as little as possible. Enjoy.

Just bought First Encounter for PC on GOG. Great game.

Are the levels any different from the PC to this version? I already noticed that there are no treasure or chainsaw.

The main differences is the chainsaw and serious bombs in first encounter, and the inclusion of lives, treasures and multikills (which gives you a 1000 point bonus for each extra enemy you kill at once). The levels are basically untouched in first encounter. Second Encounter, however, is slightly altered, since the levels were too big for the XBox. So the levels were segmented into smaller levels, allowing for extra areas, like parts of the Palenque demo.

The XBox version's basically the best version overall of Serious Sam 1.

@elbryan42 Woah... it really looks like Serious Engine 2..... I always thought SS XBOX and SS2 XBOX were connected graphically and stuff...

@elbryan42 They don't really care for Original Xbox games... yet the PS2 games and GC games aren't scratched... WTF IS UP WITH THAT???

Hmm.. the only problem I ever had with EB Games was buying Max Payne for the XBox and them putting the PS2 version in the case. That was years ago. Never had a problem with a scratched discs, and I buy used a lot. I'm guessing it all depends on how much the people at that store location care.
