Released in 1988 for the PC-88,PC-98, Sharp X1,Sharp X68000, and in 1990 for the Sega Mega Drive.
Composed by Toshiya Yamanaka.Unfortunately this game never left Japan, a translation of the Mega Drive version was in the works, but was halted due to complications.

Sorry late reply, in the third planet there some puzzle you must decode in collect a document. Even with a translation it still doesn't make sense and I can't get pass it. So no unless you can read Japanese.
