If Scarecrow is the main villain in the next Arkham game then Hatter should team up with him: But he should be mad under his own terms: not under the influence of Hugo Strange.
One Mind Master of Fear and the other Mind Master of Control and illusions...geeze that'd be one scary messed up game!

@limbdarkening Yeah, I hate the Mad Hatter, too. In the comic "A Serious House on Serious Earth" it is implied strongly that he's a pedophile.
