Today, Parrot unveiled its A.R. Drone at CES 2010, a helicopter that can be controlled using an iPhone or an iPod Touch, it works with its on-board WiFi system and two video cameras embedded, one in front and one below the cockpit. The on-board Linux-based computer allows targets detection and integration of augmented reality. Software developpers will be able to create gaming applications via the open source development platform www.ardrone.org
@GuitarxxPro the battery is housed inside the hull and you take that out and plug it into the charger. unfortunately the battery only really lasts 15-20mins and takes over an hour to charge.
