In this ending only Joker survives the last mission. The whole team (including Shepard) is dead + the collector's base is destroyed.

The Illusive Man wanted his ship back; he probably left a sandwich on board. No wonder he's after Shepard in ME3.

Mass Effect 3: Rise of Joker, a more challenging version where you take up the role of joker defending the galaxy from the reapers, the only problem is that even the slightest fall immediatly breaks your legs and even a single concussion blast takes you out, on the plus side you can finally use the normandy to blow up stuff

I made it out with only Miranda, Mordin, and Zaeed dead. I could care less about Zaeed but I was bothered that I don't get to see Miranda and Mordin in ME3.
