dude, the light flashing off of that messkit on the outside is going to give you away better than a flare gun. All the stuff on the outside is gonna fall off and get lost.

my bob is around 80+ pounds without water
-
what did she say about the bungees? you yanks are hard to understand!
-
@missouribiker Thats retarded to say this is too big, military men typically carry between 70 and 90 pounds, we will see who is crying for gear like an idiot when the shit goes down, it will be those retards with their 4 weapons and 20 pound gear bag trying to eat their gun powder.

@missouribiker Less might be better but it depends on the "mission" Are there many natural shelters and a mild climate then one can drop a tent and stuff. Are you gonna go from one shelter to another? the same. If you need it, ya need it. One must think troug it all. Stuff wheigs more and more :-)

you just described my whole bob holy crap that was scary lol

@THREEFLOORSDOWN1....When you equip your next BOB you may want to make sure that you are better camoed. Get rid of the shiny mess kit and cover the orange material on your pack. Other than that you are on the right track. Heck, just having the mindset to be prepared gives you nine points. Keep up the good work and thanks for the vid.

how do u paln on running

this guy has no idea all you need is a pistol belt a cammel back a knife and a gun the rest you can make or find
-
Nice camping set. Survival is skill, not gears. A skilled person can do just fine with a knife and metal pot/bottle. These are the skills i want to develop. ☆☆☆☆☆

@cameraguy1968 It is sad but there's more than one way of looking at it. The idea of the bug out bag is to hope you never need it. It's also handy for keeping a lot of useful stuff you don't use much in the one place. Takes time to think of everything you might need in an emergency, even more time to find and pack it all, that may be time you don't have. If you live somewhere that's prone to natural disasters I'd say a bug out bag is a must.
less is better. your an easy target soldier.
