6:46 is in Kum Sa's (昆沙, Chinese name張奇夫) MongTai Army before 1990's. Impossibe to tell kids or not. Kum Sa was very committed to raise and educate kids and orphans. So Taiwan common people and non-governmental charities and churches helped a lot. Formal teachers gave up 1300 US$ monthly salary and went there to build schools with monthly income 150 US$ since 1980's.
