Why I quit School

algebra and trigonometry are pretty useless considering that the only job it gets you is a shitty minimum wage job as a math teacher and kids and teens despise you.

Truth of the matter is, not everyone needs 'the four cores.' Or, rather, the four cores are not math, science, social studies, or english to someone. Instead they're english, theatre, technology, and philosophy. To another, biology, chemistry, art, and geography. Some people don't have four cores, some have 1, some have 8! I hate the credit system-- let me do what interests me, once I've found what I'm not good at. Don't perpetuate a system of cubes. Cubes are boring. At least they are to me.

I agree accept its the law for me to go to school, and because of the recession I need to follow the stupid system to get a good job.

What we're being taught at school is not to revolt at the system, but listen to what your master says and obey. I mean don't you find it stupid we have to learn subjects we're never going to use in life? I don't think you're stupid. We've all been brainwashed one way or another. Media and schools are what control us.

@BladeSpark5 Ofcourse it's a troll comment. In my opinion i dont think he should've quit school. Im Subscribed to RWJ and alike merely because i enjoy watching their video's for an occasional giggle. And yes, thank you.. School has taught me quite well... the fact i dont take my time to look up my spelling on a video comment dosent make me dull, and that i dont pay attention/do well in school. In my opinion, your the stupid one for immediately assuming that IM dumb.

If you think that the school system is flawed, you should see how flawed the labor system is and the unemployment rate. Finish your education and do something about it. Critical thinking is what you are talking about that you feel is lacking in school. You are wrong, it is important in education and algebra is one example of a discipline that helps you look at things more critically and differently. It's not an issue of a piece of paper. You'll see.
