The Olympic's are here. They start today. Words cannot describe the emotions that I am feeling. These games are here to unite people as one and to have a good old competition. They start today. The Olympic's are here everyone.

Haha only in Britain could we commission an Olympic song that the creators dubbed 'The Losers' Theme'.

The first time I heard this was mid way through the first week. One thing I'll say for Elbow is they have a surprisingly distinctive sound. I knew this was them without any context.

I'm from London, and am so glad I waited until after the Olympics before moving abroad- it was one of the best experiences I've had.

Thanks to all the organisers, athletes, volunteers and supporters who made those few weeks a special time to be in London.

The word awesome is the most over-used and wrongly used of all words today, but this whole piece is truly awe inspiring! Good to know brilliant people like these are still able to do brilliant things

Kinda reminds me of a piece of music from Rocky.

And the five tones of course Close Encounters got there first!

No, the Paralympics theme is in a Galaxy far far away... the better.

I found this music the epitome of 'grating', sounds like it needs some oil.
