With their gleaming new moniker, LE GOLDEN (the band formerly known as Jedi Electro) renew their dedication to electronically inspired and derived jams.
Still a tangling of synthesizers, machines and live instruments they move through drum n bass, dubstep and even trance territory. As a band of journeymen, with pedigree in Montreal groups like Plaster and Beast, the quintet has a reputation as fierce improvisers. Recent participants in the transcontinental, real-time, network hook up between Montreal and Vancouver during the cultural Olympiad (in their previous incarnation), they were trading licks with INKWELL on the west coast, with their customary aplomb and musicianship.
