Mr. Norris seems like a nice enough gentleman -- and I'm sure his experience is highly regarded -- but his obvious quibbling over Marie's incisive and pertinent questions indicates that he is definitely *not* in the CEOs chair because he knows about new media, and how it can benefit the NZMA.
This organization needs some younger blood, apparently, and Mr. Norris's indications of same can only be a boon to the organization.
He is cute and sweet, but there seems to be an obvious mismatch.
