Ive just started to do some pole dancing moves and can do about 6 different moves now within the space of 3 weeks, my friend got a really good pole foe £170 I think it was and all of us girls have a really good drink and a laught doing it.
You really do wanna go on the pole more more and you get soooo much better the more time your on it.

Thank you! I was primarily self taught during my first few years of dancing. Later I had the privelege of taking some lessons from people like Katie Coates, Fawnia and Jenyne Butterfly.
The song is "Terra Firma" from the Tomb Raider movie soundtrack.
