  • eat less, eat better food, work out more. that's it! create a calorie deficit of 500 calories and you should lose about a pound every week. losing more is unhealthy.

  • Oh hai! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father got ripped Six pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.
