@minnbeef go easy on RichieEastside, I fell asleep before the game was over and missed the ending. However, I should point out that I was 4 years old.
Bob, any access to the stunning closing montage (post Game 7) that included the CBS closing credits and the familiar "Robin Hood" theme? I have it on VHS, as I'm sure you do. If CBS cannot release that montage to us common folk, perhaps you can???
@dennydog: I double checked on Wikipedia. The Target Center opened in October 1990, so this could well be it in the upper corner. I do think they're all standing outside the 1st Ave. bars, probably just north of the Warehouse District LRT station.
One of those games where you remember where you were at. Jack Morris was a hero of mine when he was with the Tigers, and it couldn't have come out better. There will never be a more dramatic and thrilling Series.
CBS music and CLASSY unFox like intros give you chills...Understatement sets a tone better than this crap we get now...\

@smithyamiami: what kind of jerk spends his time on YouTube looking to pick fights about something that happened 20 years ago?

Arguably the greatest, most dramatic, heartstopping World Series game of all time.

Its time to put Black Jack Morris in the Baseball hall of fame. He was a big time pitcher and a big time winner.
