Not exactly pitch perfect on a few parts, most glaringly on what I suppose would compute to being the chorus part. You're doing C - D - D# - C - C - E# -D for the first part of the main melody, it should be C - D - D# - C - D# - E# - D . Didn't know how else to write it in a youtube comment.

Pretty good. You need to tune the guitar, and get totally comfortable with your part before you record it. Nice job, though.
