I have a Welsh Pembroke Corgi. My dog is allowed to roam free in the winter without a coat - which my daycare facility and vet believe in, too. These dogs are native to an area common to snow and harsh winter snow. Their natural desire is to "rat" or "tunnel" in snow drifts. Save the money on the snow coat and buy a towel. The Corgi will be much happier - check out the Queen Elizabeth videos: her 10 Corgis do not wear coats in winter.
A coat is an injustice to their breed.
