Drawing a conclusion without getting all the facts is not wise. Examples: Driver passed out, mechanical failure of steering, driver checked mirrow missed blind spot, The upcoming car was speeding very fast and caught lane changing car off guard. Interview all witnesses then give an informed statement.

Idiot did not look in left rearview mirror for approaching vehicles? Did not signal?
Is left lane driver driving too fast? Doing so may have contributed to the mishap.

Stupid drivers. Pay attention what's around you. I've seen some stupid people do stupid things. It's a car. It's a powerful machine. It can kill you. I've crashed once and I smartened the fuck up. I was fucking around. Right when I crashed I knew I needed to start thinking more about driving not just drive. It can be dangerous. Some people are just plain stupid and shouldn't drive.
