The problem here is that CALIFORNIA LAW which gives these dispensaries the right to operate is in conflict with FEDERAL LAW which makes them illegal.

the DEA wastes trillions of tax payers money on this? They are also harassing pain management doctors offices and arresting pain management physicians and jailing them for treating cancer and other chronic pain sufferes. Someone needs to stop the DEA's abuse of our constitutional rights
