I ve been to tilac 2009 and now 2011 - tilac got worse, the ladies are less beautiful and
the bar is overcrowded, for a drink or a ST, I would prefer Baccara at the moment....

I was in here august 2010, too loud for me, Tilac was better, very busy down soi cowboy, some girls were asking 3000b st. too expensive
