FundRaiser Pakistan Embassy Washington DC

The Embassy of Pakistan in Washington hosted a Fund Raising Concert to help the flood victims in Pakistan. The concert was performed by the new American chamber orchestra, CounterPoint which has donated its performance in support of humanitarian assistance to flood victims and as a statement of solidarity with people of all faiths. The Pakistani Ambassadar Hussain Haqqani thanked the CounterPoint group and the various sponsors who sponsored the event. Mr. James Bernstein of the CounterPoint orchestra said that being an American it's their responsibility to help the Pakistani brothers and sisters who are going through very tough times after the floods.
