A buffalo gives her last effort to escape, jumping as high as she can above the confining walls. Unable to gain freedom, she is finally prodded onto the trailer and shipped to slaughter.

However I would put money on the fact that these bison are A). getting relocated or, B). if there is no room at any parks there are being sent to slaughter due to population issues.
