@postoe No this is very obviously Peter Tosh the whole way through. It doesn't sound like Bob Marley either, for the other commenter. There are noticeable singing techniques that Peter uses that distinguishes his voice from Bunny and Bob alike.

If you listen to Peter's early stuff you will see - look up Babylon Queendom on here you will find a video of Peter Singing and you will see the resemblance.
