Ha I happen to live in Scotland we do near enough every food that America does, kilts are only worn at special occasions and bagpipes are only played at some weddings, don't be so steriotypical
-
we are a great race

@KittyKatHill ye know why they call it a Kilt? for if ye call it a "skirt", ye GET fkn "kilt" ;) lol

There is nothing nicer than sitting down having a drink with a Scotsman! I should know, im a Scotswoman!

When he said the word "want" he sounded British lol.

first it's a kilt not a skirt if it were a skirt they would wear something under it ;p second it wouldn't surprise me if thats how golf came about.

@sonbuhitsunei *where I live* ...bah. Anyway, terms for people from different countries is fine, I think - I just think some people (not you, mind) get a little too caught up in certain myopic life-view paradigms when it comes to anyone who happened to have been born elsewhere. I have nothing but love for my neighbors across the pond - it's where my family immigrated from not all too long ago, after all! Makes me smile when we can all get along with one another.

@Camberwell86 Wasn't aware of that one! I don't think we actually have a term for them over here, that I'm aware of. I always just called people Scots, Brits, Aussies, etc. Suppose if I can ever afford to travel more I would hear more of these aforementioned colloquialisms in use - just happens that were I live we don't tend t use 'em...though having family from Estonia, I suppose we do have some none-too-kind ways of referring to Russians in my family-not great history there! ;)
I hope he has enough water.
