  • Just to remember... most of these experiments are in fixed (dead) cells in culture. It will be very interesting to see how these molecular structures actually form and progress in real (primary) immune cells in a real immune organ (ie lymph node) in a living mammal. Hopefully we will soon have the imaging technology to achieve this.
