I don't expect Bush and his representatives here to have any more respect for the Iraqi Constitution than they do the United States Constitution.

Both the Government of Iraq and Our present Administration should come to the realization that its time to "Step-up to the Plate" and perform! This every six months of hearing informing Congress of "give us more time", when no progress has been made, is getting just a bit to much.
