Your bird should cast up it's pellet every morning before it eats again. I guage how much my birds eat during the hunting season. If I let them crop up on several days worth of food I may skip a days feeding so as to let the crop empty which can help keep the meat from going sour and to keep the birds weight down to a managable level.

hi there mi am looking for some advice.how long can a female harris hawk go with owt haveing to feed and how long does it normaly take for them to bring up the pellet of fure and bone ? i have just got my 1st hawk thats all any help or advice u could give me would be apreciated thanks
