no not really. to get attention to the issues he wishes to address. usually u have to create an outlet, when the social media is dominated by communistic censorship
I am not an agent of falsehoood and have no claim on truth. This may or may not be true - I do not know. I only said that this smacks of government inspired piece of "дезинформация" (disinformation) - planted "piece of news" made to look real; common practice during the Soviet time and I have no reason to believe that the current gov't abandoned it. For myself, I wish it were true - that Dymovsky genuinely representde disgust against corruption in the ranks...
He is talking about normal, usual things in Russia and it is the same all over former Soviet Union countries. EVERYBODY, including Putin, already knows about it. He is sacrificing himself just telling the rest of the world about it.
damn, he is making himself a target for further abuse. He is going to get fired for sure or maybe even jailed and sent to work camps. He did choose the wrong way to send a message out to co-workers and other people. A private meeting of such people might have worked better than this video or maybe I might be wrong that he already tried it.
