@fingertipsindented What does the Richards/White hit have anything to do with what happened to Booth. I was commenting on this hit..not what happened to White. And are you whining because he is "coming close" to playing dirty?? Your kidding right? Hockey is a hard-nosed sport...no room for pansies crying about "an almost penalty" ..and good for your local boy at the carnival - is this guy playing in the show or what? I'll say it again- this check was perfectly legal just as the NHL saw and ruled

@briantetley9 never admire your pass? where'd you get that from the richards/white hit. it was a dirty head shot, and richards is known for that, look at every single hit highlight he has, they may not be illegal hits but he's comming close every time and thats a cheap way to play a sport, i had the pleasure of seeing him in person at a carnival in kenora, i was even more pleased when i saw a local pop him in the face for lipping off

Oh i'm sorry thats right i forgot that every call the refs make in the NHL are correct. Perfectly legal hit- thats why the NHL didn't suspend him. After they were able to sit down and review replay after replay it was clear and evident it was perfectly clean. He hit him with his shoulder. Booth should know better to NEVER admire your pass. Hockey 101.

Same hit Scott Stevens put on Lindros. Just like that one, it was clean but deadly... BOOM. Bottom line... Head up when you cross the blue line...
