What do you think of the theory of mental addiction? When I mean that I mean you don't physically don't need the cigarettes, but you think you do which leads to the kind of self-brainwashing. Im 14, and ive been smoking for 2 years, and I can't say im addicted. I've went months without a cig and felt no withdraw.

@sziss5 I think its a mix between physical and mental, i mean sure, sometimes you get physical urges to smoke but your right, i think a big part of it is all mental. You start thinking you need to smoke. Sometimes i go out for a cigarette and feel afterwards that i didnt need it. I reckon boredom, alcohol and social groups are other factors. Who knows right? Thanks for the question.
