Ankle Strap Workout with SSC.wmv

In the following video an athlete is working with the ESP Training Apparatus and the Split Step Coach SSC (formerly called the Footwork Training Device). Superimposed on the right side of the screen is the SSC that the athlete uses on court to stimulate the sensory system and then react by going thru a sports specific movement. The ESP Training Apparatus increase the forces required by the athlete to make sports specific movements. Using both devices the athlete can train the interaction of their sensory-motor systems. Of course, similar ESP devices can enhance the movements in all sports and in fact we use the apparatus for offensive as well as defensive player movements.
