fault. it's the shortage of doctors the AMA has artifically forced down our throat (A GUILD run by and lobbied for by DOCTORS) the overcharging like hell by colleges to train doctors (a PRIVATE profit situation having nothing to do with too much government but too LITTLE government intervention) the unpaid medical bills the lack of ability to collect an a culture that is so braindead immoral and dacadent it would defend the tyranny. without even realizing it was tyranny

you go to a hospital these days a single aspirn is 1.50 when you can get a whole bottle of 100 of them for that price even without the hospitals bulk purchasing power. every time they draw blow it's 30 dollars and 70 dollars for the test on "private health care" or without insurance. medicare and medicaid at least are mandated to be accepted and dictate to the doctors what they'll pay. The hospitals are robbing people blind and people like rand paul lie with impunity about it being the govs
