I am starting a personal weight loss challenge for the month of July. I already started this on the first, but I am just getting around to posting a video with my body shots and weight.

Diet: Healthy Eating! I will be tracking what I eat on www.myfitnesspal.com
Exercise: I will be doing Turbo Fire - Month 3 HIIT Schedule, plus Chalean Extreme - Month 3 Lean Phase, plus walking 31 Miles in the month of July.
