The *only* thing I'd mention that needs to be changed in the presentation is when Sloan suggests getting rid of the old standby products, she says to "put them all in a garbage bag and kiss them goodbye". Instead she should be explaining the more responsible way to get rid of the products which is to dispose of them as the hazardous waste that they are through their local Hazardous Waste Drop-Off facility.
