In this podcast, David Hoffman demonstrates how poorly trained, or improperly supervised plumbing apprentices can cause long term headaches for homeowners, builders, and all potentially responsible parties (PRP's).

The installation of a ground floor toilet was not properly supervised resulting in hidden damage, and potential 'Mold' related problems for the occupants, and property owners.

This JOBFORCE® project is designed to teach inbound training participants the importance of doing an excellent job the first time, and the hidden costs associated with 'cutting corners' and thinking no one will ever find out.

This training video is part of the JOBFORCE® Learning Management System for WIA approved training participants.
