Interview with Tom Goossens, lawyer of Trekt Uw Plant

In Belgium each adult can posses 1 Cannabis plant for personal use without being prosecuted.

Not everybody is able to grow this one plant. Maybe peole with children don't like to grow their plant at home because of the kids, or you live in a small appartement and you lack the space for homegrow. Or maybe you don't have the skills and you always end up with a Bonzai plant!

Our Cannabis Social Club "Trekt Uw Plant" provides space and accomodation for the members of the club to enable them to grow their one plant in a group fascillity.

This is like a legal plantation.

The association allows people to get their weed without trade.

Trekt Uw Plant now is prosecuted for growing marihuanna. We're an organization of criminals they say....
