50 Mile Challenge on 19 July 2009: 52.4 mile ultra marathon around Kent

This is a runners perspective of the 50 Mile Challenge that takes place at Marshside just outside of Canterbury, Kent, UK. The challenge is over 52.4 miles broken down into 6.55 mile laps. Eight laps complete the challenge. I was running in supoort of the Geoff Thomas Foundation and my website is http://www.justgiving.com/steveatkent50/
