Hi, I really want to make twist extensions into dreads and keep the extensions in, is it possible with this method?

@eastpassion69 that sounds like a creative way to transition into locs (dreads),however, if you keep the kinky twists in too long the hair that is included in the twist may become damaged from being intertwined with the extension for an extended period of time (unless you plan to give it extra TLC). but then if you're not really focusing on that part of the hair and just want to focus on the new growth, then that may work!
